Cluster Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Contact new volunteers and ensure they undergo orientation
• Connect volunteers to projects or Seva Kendra after orientation
• Maintain constant communication with existing volunteers
• Identify new projects within a cluster for volunteer connection
• Update volunteer status within the assigned cluster
• Drive volunteer development through planned initiatives

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in volunteering management
• Degree in any field (MSW or BSW preferred)
• Proficiency in English and Kannada
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Drive, email, web)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to perform 60% field work
• Age between 25 and 35 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Bangalore
• Passion for the social sector
• Strong leadership potential
• Possession of a 2-wheeler and valid driving license
