Cluster Collections Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and collaborate with third-party recovery agencies to meet cluster targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including resolution rates and delinquency buckets to ensure operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of the portfolio's delinquency rates and implement strategies to control roll rates and minimize overdue payments.
• Develop and execute tailored collections strategies based on data analysis and portfolio health.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct daily monitoring and regular reviews of the delinquent portfolio, preparing performance reports and proposed solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in collections.
• 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Background in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate a high-performing team.
