Cluster Collection Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives and third-party recovery agencies
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as resolution rates and delinquency buckets
• Take ownership of portfolio delinquency rates and implement recovery strategies
• Develop and execute collections strategies tailored to specific overdue accounts
• Ensure strict adherence to collections processes, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct daily monitoring and prepare reports on cluster performance and challenges

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 5+ years of experience in collections
• 1-2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role
• Experience in a bank, NBFC, or Fintech company preferred
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills
