Club/Towel/Locker Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the club facility through general housekeeping and laundry services
• Launder towels and robes and ensure they are properly stocked in locker and fitness areas
• Stock all amenities in locker rooms and spa areas
• Perform floor care including mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming
• Manage waste removal and litter pickup across all club areas
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely
• Provide excellent customer service to attract and retain club members

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Proven team player
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Must be available to work weekend afternoons and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-end health club or country club environment
• Background in hotel housekeeping or commercial laundry services
• Bi-lingual skills
