Clubhouse Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Promote hope, autonomy, and empowerment through person-centered services and individualized Action Plans
• Engage members in structured, therapeutic group work that supports vocational skills and meaningful relationships
• Facilitate recovery-focused workshops and provide flexible support for employment and entitlement navigation
• Support connection to natural community resources and independent living skills development
• Complete all required documentation and assist with member transportation as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Experience working in a residential setting with adults experiencing severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
