Club Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee club activities, performance, and scheduling
• Prepare work schedules and ensure outdoor staff punctuality
• Maintain proactive communication with the General Manager
• Perform employee performance evaluations and assign daily duties
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional club environment
• Handle issues and provide timely communication to owners
• Supervise outdoor staff, independent contractors, and maintenance personnel
• Assist with cart staff and field marshall duties as needed

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to meet department scheduling demands
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds
• Maintain TABC and food handling license requirements
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
