Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the club team
• Act as the primary host and point of contact for guests
• Monitor all service stations and the bar area
• Manage staff scheduling and rosters
• Oversee daily accounting and tip distribution
• Onboard and train new team members
• Work core hours from Thursday to Saturday, 21:00 – 05:00

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy or hospitality, or extensive professional experience
• Fluency in both German and English
• Charming demeanor and excellent manners
• Physical fitness and a confident presence
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to lead a team
