Club Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage Club administrative functions including membership reports, applications, and benefit tracking
• Create and maintain monthly Club event schedules and handle member communications
• Maintain an organized office environment and manage supplies
• Oversee organization and cleanliness of the ski locker area
• Train and support seasonal Concierge staff
• Assist with food and beverage service during peak periods and special events
• Support basic bar operations including setup, breakdown, and restocking
• Bartend or assist with beverage service as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of administrative or office coordination experience preferred
• Experience in hospitality, club, or luxury service environments highly desirable
• Proficiency in Excel, desktop publishing, and email marketing tools
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and on uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with private club office and membership systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
