Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with members and players to create a welcoming environment
• Act as a connector by introducing players and driving participation in programs and events
• Manage court reservations, private lessons, and event bookings using PlaybyPoint
• Lead daily club operations including check-ins, court management, and customer support
• Execute opening and closing procedures with full ownership
• Support retail operations including inventory tracking and merchandise presentation
• Handle member billing inquiries and administrative tasks with confidentiality
• Resolve member issues or complaints promptly with a member-first approach

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality, fitness, or sports
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfort using Apple products, POS platforms, and scheduling systems
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in padel or other racket sports such as tennis, pickleball, or squash
