Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with members and players to create a welcoming environment
- Act as a connector by introducing players and driving participation in programs and events
- Manage court reservations, private lessons, and event bookings using PlaybyPoint
- Lead daily club operations including check-ins, court management, and customer support
- Execute opening and closing procedures with full ownership
- Support retail operations including inventory tracking and merchandise presentation
- Handle member billing inquiries and administrative tasks with confidentiality
- Resolve member issues or complaints promptly with a member-first approach
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality, fitness, or sports
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfort using Apple products, POS platforms, and scheduling systems
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in padel or other racket sports such as tennis, pickleball, or squash
