Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with members and players to create a welcoming environment
• Act as a connector by introducing players and driving participation in programs, leagues, and events
• Promote upcoming tournaments, social events, and club initiatives
• Lead daily club operations including check-ins, court management, and customer support
• Execute opening and closing procedures with full ownership
• Manage court reservations, private lessons, and event bookings via PlaybyPoint
• Support retail operations including inventory tracking and merchandise presentation
• Handle member billing inquiries and administrative tasks with confidentiality
• Resolve member issues or complaints promptly with a member-first approach

Requirements

• Passion for hospitality, fitness, or sports
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfort using Apple products, POS platforms, and scheduling systems
• Interest in padel or other racket sports
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or fitness environment
• Familiarity with racket sports like tennis, pickleball, or squash
