Club Concierge

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact in the Club Lounge, providing concierge support and managing VIP interactions
• Anticipate guest needs, handle requests, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure exceptional experiences
• Maintain extensive knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and island activities to provide personalized recommendations
• Manage guest profiles and maintain detailed request logs to ensure seamless service across departments
• Set up and maintain the Club Lounge, including food and beverage displays, while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
• Prepare and organize supplies for food and beverage service, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings
• Utilize reservation management systems and maintain relationships with preferred vendors

Requirements

• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum of two years of front office or related experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service, and etiquette
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and move/rearrange furniture
• Valid Food Handler Certificate and negative TB clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
