About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative and logistical operations for Club Borregos and TEC Camps.
- Oversee the enrollment and re-enrollment processes for various sports disciplines and camps.
- Maintain updated participant databases, including contact information, medical records, and categories.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and suggestions with empathy.
- Monitor payment statuses for monthly fees, enrollments, and special quotas, coordinating with the national area for revenue reconciliation.
- Manage inventory for uniforms and sports materials, including sizing, ordering, and distribution.
- Provide operational support to the coaching staff by managing attendance lists and channeling their operational needs to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, service administration, school/club coordination, or event management.
- Intermediate Excel skills for database and payment control.
- Experience using school management platforms and digital communication tools.
