Club America Field Representative

Responsibilities

• Launch new student chapters and maintain established ones
• Organize daily campus initiatives and recruit new activists
• Develop strong activist networks throughout the assigned territory
• Import and organize recruitment-related data
• Conduct outreach to prospective members and activists
• Deliver oral presentations and represent the organization at events and conferences
• Promote events and organizational efforts on social media
• Manage student activists and develop new activism plans
• Represent the organization in the community through public speaking and networking

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Apps, Airtable, and HubSpot
• Proficiency with X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Passion for conservative ideals and principles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40-50%
• Physical ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales, teaching, or campaign experience
• Past or present involvement in conservative youth organizations
• Experience starting high school student organizations
• Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
