About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver and evaluate soft and technical skills training
- Create, facilitate, and revise training materials and documents
- Facilitate multi-week new hire training and nesting programs
- Supervise and coach learners in nesting and BQM environments
- Facilitate product, behavioral, or tool change learning experiences
- Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training
- Provide feedback and implement solutions to help trainees meet performance metrics
- Complete accurate reporting and maintain client communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Communication preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as a trainer
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work shifting or graveyard schedules
