About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver and evaluate soft and technical skills training for all aspects of client training
- Create, facilitate, and revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental knowledge
- Facilitate multi-week new hire training, nesting, and blended learning experiences
- Supervise and coach learners in nesting and BQM environments to help them meet performance metrics
- Oversee new hire progression and implement appropriate training solutions and feedback
- Maintain accurate reporting and establish strong communication with clients and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Major in Education or Communication preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience working as a trainer
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work shifting or graveyard schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Strategic mindset in developing solutions and process improvements
