Cloud System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure, compliant, and optimized cloud-based solutions
• Maintain systems and develop scripts to optimize infrastructure
• Perform system administration tasks including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring
• Install upgrades, updates, and patches on on-premise and cloud platforms
• Design and support scalable cloud or hybrid platform solutions
• Streamline deployment processes and reduce manual interventions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
• 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects
• Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, AzureAD, EMS, Office365, or AWS
• Knowledge of networking, system architectures, storage, virtualization, and containers
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, VBScript, Bash, or Ansible
• Experience with project management or ITIL methodologies
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and DevOps practices
