Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cloud-based issues involving AWS, Azure, and O365 via chat, email, and phone
- Assist with the daily operations of the cloud department

- Analyze complex or sensitive events detected within cloud environments
- Independently debug complex product problems
- Proactively maintain knowledge of cloud engineering trends and advancements
