About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via phone, chat, and ticketing systems in a fast-paced support environment
- Troubleshoot and reproduce complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive resolution
- Build strong relationships with Premier and Enterprise customers to understand their unique cloud environments
- Participate in routine health check meetings with Enterprise customers to ensure platform optimization
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Provide product feedback to engineering teams based on recurring customer pain points and feature requests
- Educate customers on best practices for using the Clumio platform effectively
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 1-2 years of experience in Backup and Disaster Recovery methodologies
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts, computing, storage, and databases within cloud environments
- Working knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
- Cloud Associate-level certification (AWS or GCP)
- Ability to work US East and EMEA business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise support or customer-facing technical roles within cloud or data protection domains
- Experience leading technical discussions, troubleshooting sessions, and post-incident reviews
- Exposure to Technical Account Management (TAM) or Professional Services responsibilities
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency
