Cloud Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities by presenting Microsoft Cloud value propositions and differentiation aligned with customer business objectives.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
• Provide technical product overviews, insights, and feasibility assessments for customer usage scenarios.
• Act as the key technical contact for the telesales team and conduct group or one-on-one training sessions.
• Audit implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure accurate cost projections for customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline.

Requirements

• C2-C1 proficiency in Finnish and B2-C1 proficiency in English.
• 3-6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification (L200 certification preferred).
• Strong ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience working within a technical sales or pre-sales environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud/hybrid solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs or migrations.
