Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements
• Lead architectural discussions and hands-on implementations to design tailored cloud solutions
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud systems using AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes
• Develop Terraform modules and automation scripts to streamline deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align technical solutions with customer goals
• Provide actionable feedback from customer engagements to inform product development

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, ideally in cloud engineering or solutions architecture
• Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
• Fluency in discussing cloud security and networking best practices
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial services or regulated industries
• Knowledge of Datadog or other telemetry tools for monitoring
