Cloud Solution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers
• Provide technical product overviews and insights aligned with customer needs
• Increase technical expertise and contribute innovative ideas to accelerate cloud customer success
• Tailor competitive solutions to specific customer needs and position them strategically
• Verify implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure accurate cost estimates for customers
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the SMB Vendor Tele-team for potential clients
• Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions within the center regarding expertise areas
• Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing from both customers and competitors

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
• 3-6 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology sector
• Experience in technical sales or pre-sales environments preferred
• Ability to explain technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging computer trends
• Minimum Fundamentals certification required at start of job; L200 preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• EU passport required
