Cloud Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance in customer facing calls both in person and remote
• Act as a strategic advisor on Cloud Native architecture and DevOps
• Serve as a cloud subject matter expert to enable the sales team
• Conduct in depth sales discovery and align technical capabilities to customer pain points
• Assist with technical implementation or validation of the product
• Work with product management and engineering to address product gaps
• Create and deliver technical enablement presentations for systems engineers
• Travel approximately 50% for onsite meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in cloud solutions or focus area
• Expert level knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of backups, high availability, and disaster recovery architectures
• Knowledge of Identity Providers such as Entra, AD, or Okta
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
• Ability to deliver technical presentations to various audience sizes
