Cloud Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Drive Azure Infrastructure and Azure Application Migrations via the Cloud Accelerate Factory.
• Provide technical enablement, operational support, and strategic engagement across customer projects.
• Design and architect solutions that ensure high performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Facilitate scalable delivery through technical program management and factory model approaches.
• Identify and contribute repeatable intellectual property (IP) and assets to increase deployment velocity.
• Resolve complex technical blockers and debug issues encountered during customer engagements.
• Advocate for customers by sharing insights and influencing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, or systems administration.
• Experience working in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven experience working on technical projects.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Azure Infrastructure and Application Migration patterns.
