Cloud Services Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud programs across multiple workstreams and manage the overall delivery portfolio for the region.
• Act as the primary delivery interface between the client and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, engineers, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee the migration, optimization, and integration of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead program governance, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting across multiple projects.
• Drive business growth within existing and new client accounts through strategic planning and solutioning.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in IT service delivery with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large client accounts.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud programs in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in multi-tower delivery management (e.g., infrastructure, applications, cloud security).
• Strong understanding of RFPs, contract management, service delivery models, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise executive IT leadership.
• Knowledge of cloud governance, FinOps, and security best practices.
• Background in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud architecture.
