Cloud Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Web, Digital Marketing, and leading Cloud Solutions including Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Azure, and OneLogin.
• Manage business development by qualifying online sales inquiries and converting them into leads and opportunities.
• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support, including account management, project management, and customer training.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and secure lifetime references.
• Conduct client meetings both online and offline to manage the opportunity pipeline and win new business.
• Schedule appointments for prospects and coordinate with relevant partners to address client needs.

Requirements

• Proven ability to handle sales requests via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a dedicated self-learner mindset.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and occasionally at client sites.
• Knowledge of hardware, networking, web technologies, HTML, and web hosting is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in Web Solution sales is preferred.
• Must currently reside in or be working in Mumbai.
