About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including SIs, Distributors, End-Users, and OEM partners across Europe.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through new product introductions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and testing with cloud devices for customers and internal employees.
  • Design and execute technical training programs for customers and staff.
  • Represent the company at cloud exhibitions throughout the European region.
  • Collaborate with European subsidiary sales forces and R&D teams to support customer needs and product innovation.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including industry trends, quality issues, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation to local sales teams and Sales Engineers regarding complex requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the cloud market or a similar field.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud market and cloud device operations.
  • BSc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical major.
  • Proven ability to find technical solutions for diverse customer issues.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving business targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MSc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
