About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including SIs, Distributors, End-Users, and OEM partners across Europe.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through new product introductions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and testing with cloud devices for customers and internal employees.
- Design and execute technical training programs for customers and staff.
- Represent the company at cloud exhibitions throughout the European region.
- Collaborate with European subsidiary sales forces and R&D teams to support customer needs and product innovation.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including industry trends, quality issues, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical consultation to local sales teams and Sales Engineers regarding complex requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the cloud market or a similar field.
- Deep understanding of the cloud market and cloud device operations.
- BSc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical major.
- Proven ability to find technical solutions for diverse customer issues.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving business targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
