Cloud RAN Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and scope solution offerings while developing innovation and automation initiatives
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
• Develop technical presentations, solution documents, and Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
• Oversee end-to-end site delivery, integration, audits, and call testing
• Troubleshoot complex solutions and present Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to customers
• Drive end-to-end automation and identify opportunities for AI/ML integration
• Lead resolution of business-critical technical issues and escalations
• Provide feedback to R&D teams for product and tool improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in RAN build projects
• At least 5 years of experience in CloudRAN, OpenRAN, or Cloud Native technologies
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in 4G/5G KPIs and performance metrics (throughput, latency, call drop rates)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Python or Java coding skills
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of Ericsson CloudRAN, Open RAN, and ENM
