Cloud Partnership Technology Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to IT and key stakeholders, aligning cloud adoption and digital transformation goals with business objectives.
• Maximize value from engagements with Hyperscalers by extracting strategic intentions and potential ecosystem benefits.
• Provide high-level strategic advice on cloud architecture, IT frameworks, and budgeting to support the Cloud Strategic Roadmap.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures and IT operating models.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure the smooth adoption of new digital capabilities and processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and technical experts, to deliver integrated cloud-first solutions.
• Contribute to budgeting and financial planning for digital transformation projects to ensure long-term cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT strategy and transformation, specifically regarding Cloud Architecture and IT frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations and lead high-level partnership engagements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on delivering practical, impactful business solutions.
• Experience in change management and helping organizations navigate large-scale technological shifts.
• Ability to influence IT transformation and investment plans through strategic insight and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the financial services industry and its unique regulatory and technical challenges.
• Experience working directly with major Hyperscalers in a strategic or partnership capacity.
