About the role
Responsibilities
- Support, operate, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for Insurance Consulting and Technology cloud products and services
- Perform key IT Service Management processes including Change, Incident, Problem, Monitoring, Maintenance, and Service Request
- Configure and resolve monitoring alerts related to system health, security, performance, and capacity
- Provide support for production and non-production environments to ensure system uptime and service levels
- Build automation scripts to improve internal tools and processes
- Support modern deployment practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines
- Document operational knowledge, issue-resolution pairs, and best practices
- Work with solution architects, engineers, and developers on technical project delivery
- Participate in a rotating shift system based on business demand
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience managing Azure or other cloud providers
- Demonstrated experience in the technical implementation of IT projects
- Experience managing infrastructure, server environments, and operations using monitoring and observability tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation
- Solid understanding of ITIL Service Management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and with culturally diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications or other relevant cloud certifications
- Experience supporting 24/7 web-based SaaS applications
- Familiarity with modern DevOps and SRE practices, including containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD
