About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute software development based on reviewed designs and conduct thorough developer tests
  • Perform functional integration testing and address identified issues promptly
  • Resolve software issues discovered during internal and external testing phases
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues in both existing and new code
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to ensure seamless project outcomes
  • Implement agile software engineering methods throughout the full development lifecycle

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices
  • Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6), CSS, JSON, and XML
  • Experience with UI frameworks like React.js, Angular, or UI5
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle Databases
  • Knowledge of GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud native development experience on Azure, AWS, or OpenShift
  • Understanding of Design Patterns, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience in financial or banking systems is an advantage
