Cloud Managed Services (CMS) Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client engagement for major cloud providers including AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure
• Execute Intra Company Agreements (ICA) contracts and manage agency expectations for project delivery
• Prepare, deliver, and discuss quarterly service reviews with clients
• Collaborate with cloud architects, team leads, and support staff to ensure effective problem resolution
• Partner with the Finance team to obtain and track financial approvals for cloud spend
• Lead technical teams through the full project lifecycle, from discovery to contract renewal

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of IT-related experience
• Minimum 5 years of IT management experience
• Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Proven experience managing IT-specific projects
• Working knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Experience negotiating, reviewing, and maintaining SLA/SLM structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud provider certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMI)
• Experience managing IT operations, support teams, or IT budgets
• IT Technical Certifications such as MCSE, CNE, CCNP, or CCSE
• Experience writing technical documentation
