Cloud Linux Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support cloud infrastructure for an enterprise environment
• Enhance technical teams supporting AI/ML/Data Science technologies
• Perform system administration, automation, and scripting tasks
• Manage security and accreditation practices and procedures
• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise workflow applications
• Create and manage virtual infrastructure

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS and Linux in production
• Experience patching and maintaining databases (RDS, MySQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge of Federated Identity, RBAC, and authentication/authorization
• Understanding of secure-cloud configuration (CloudTrail, AWS Config, VPC, IAM)
• Experience with configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Experience with security technologies (NGFW, WAF, SIEM, endpoint security)
• Proficiency in a scripting language
• Experience with Python, Java, or C#
• Active security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience
