Cloud Kitchen Commis

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components according to standardized recipes
• Assemble dishes accurately and efficiently for delivery orders
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene across all prep and production areas
• Support daily mise en place to ensure readiness for peak order times
• Follow strict portioning, labeling, and storage procedures
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely order execution
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef, Prep Cook, or in a similar role
• Experience in cloud kitchens, delivery kitchens, or high-volume production is an advantage
• Strong understanding of basic cooking and preparation techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Good communication skills and a strong teamwork mindset
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
