Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for AI industry professionals
  • Respond to incoming customer queries by triaging requests and gathering logs, metrics, and reproducers
  • Diagnose and debug sophisticated hardware and software issues across cloud, Linux, and datacenter environments
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 and L4 engineering teams
  • Participate in a 24/7 "follow the sun" on-call support model
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware replacements and diagnostics
  • Contribute to troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and internal documentation
  • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and validation of new AI supercomputers

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM subject, or equivalent industry experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical support or cloud operations
  • Proven experience with cloud, datacenter, and Linux environments
  • Strong foundation in Linux system administration
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL concepts)
  • Interest in or experience with GPUs, InfiniBand, parallel storage, and AI orchestration software
