Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and support cloud infrastructure solutions, including provisioning AWS-based environments and configuring resources like VPCs, IAM roles, EC2, Lambda, and S3.
• Build, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure components following established architectural standards.
• Deploy and operate infrastructure supporting microservices and serverless workloads.
• Write and maintain Terraform or equivalent IaC modules to automate provisioning and reduce manual changes.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines used by InfraOps and DevOps teams.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure health, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration records for all operated systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in cloud computing.
• Strong proficiency with AWS (experience with Azure or GCP is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Working knowledge of microservices architectures and serverless technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or a similar language.
• Experience with cloud monitoring and observability tooling such as CloudWatch.
• Understanding of InfraOps and DevOps methodologies.
