Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Terraform modules for internal infrastructure and customer deployments
• Work directly with customers in Slack to support self-hosting and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to reduce build times and improve failure visibility
• Centralize and scale observability including logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts
• Partner with engineering teams to build a secure, developer-friendly infrastructure platform
• Support multi-cloud deployment patterns across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Implement tools and automation to improve deployment, rollback, and reliability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Deep experience with Terraform and a major cloud provider (AWS preferred)
• Strong Kubernetes skills for deploying, debugging, and scaling workloads
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Experience supporting production systems and responding to incidents
• Comfort working directly with customers in a support or deployment context

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud environments
• Experience with self-hosted enterprise software
