Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-grade Document Management Systems to streamline organizational content and document lifecycles
• Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to translate business workflows into functional specifications
• Define validation and acceptance criteria and review system integration testing and data conversion processes
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in rotational 24/7 standby support and planned after-office hours maintenance or patching activities

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Document Management Systems and/or Microsoft SharePoint
• Strong understanding of general web functions, security principles, session management, and mobile-responsive design
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic perspective with technical granular details
