Cloud Engineer/Architect

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Lead cloud migration projects including assessment, planning, and execution phases
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
• Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure availability, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate on-premises and cloud environments
• Monitor cloud performance and implement automation for continuous improvement
• Provide guidance on cloud best practices, security compliance, and cost management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering and architecture roles
• Strong hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of networking, security frameworks, IAM, and compliance standards
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect) are highly desirable
