Cloud Engineer, Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical engineering across Cloud and AI platform services, including Compute, Networking, Storage, PaaS, Identity, and Security.
• Support cloud solution implementation from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into cloud workflows by leveraging Cloud AI Platforms, Copilot, and automation agents.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver reliable, high-quality cloud services.
• Contribute to technical discussions and proposal development for moderately complex projects.
• Maintain high-quality work products and act as a subject matter resource in your area of expertise.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure (or 5 years combined across Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with DevOps tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, and automated testing.
• Understanding of AI services and the ability to integrate them into cloud solutions.
• Experience in a consulting or customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud and/or IT industry certifications.
• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering principles and agents.
• Experience with Linux/Windows administration.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, security best practices, and compliance validation.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and monitoring/logging tools.
