About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of FinOps platform services, including APIs, backend services, and front-end applications
  • Support the implementation of features related to cost analytics, optimization recommendations, and automation workflows
  • Develop and test code using C#, React, and Python, focusing on clean and maintainable code
  • Assist in containerizing applications using Docker and supporting cloud-native deployment models
  • Participate in building and deploying applications using modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with product, FinOps, and engineering teams to deliver features aligned with business objectives
  • Support the integration of cloud cost, usage, and telemetry data from various APIs and systems

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software engineering or application development
  • Proficiency in C# / .NET, JavaScript (React), and Python
  • Foundational understanding of REST APIs and JSON
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Azure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) through professional projects or coursework
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) or DevOps concepts
  • Knowledge of microservices or event-driven architectures
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, scripting, or automation tools
  • Interest in FinOps or cloud cost optimization
  • FinOps Foundation Certification
