Cloud Engineer 1

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions to protect and manage cloud-native applications and data
• Coordinate cloud architecture across application development, identity and access management, network, and security
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
• Ensure efficient data storage and processing in accordance with company security policies and best practices
• Work with senior engineers on the design and deployment of software in cloud environments
• Contribute to technology strategy and engineering roadmaps for cloud platforms
• Execute tasks using Test Driven Development (TDD) and support CI/CD patterns
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure to maintain optimal performance

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in distributed/cloud computing or software design
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing and software design principles
• Experience working with agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or CSA
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development
