Cloud Email Security Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive Cloud Email Security (CES) growth in Africa through new logo acquisition and cross-selling to enterprise clients
• Act as the regional subject matter expert and deal accelerator for CES opportunities
• Own a large geographic region and take responsibility for achieving the overall CES Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Manage and progress complex opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and C-level executives
• Conduct discovery conversations, manage tailored product demonstrations, and handle technical objections
• Create and communicate compelling business cases using value-based selling methodologies
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Email Security (CES) sales
• Proven track record of selling $100K+ enterprise deals to C-level executives (CISOs, EVPs)
• Expertise in value-based and consultative selling methodologies
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Gmail
• Strong technical aptitude regarding email security, cloud architecture, and the security technology stack
• Excellent English fluency and professional communication skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Business, or Marketing
• Network+ or Security+ certifications
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or IAM platforms
• Background in competitive environments such as collegiate athletics or entrepreneurial ventures
