Cloud DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage secure and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
• Manage Kubernetes operations using Amazon EKS, including Helm charts and auto-scaling
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Deploy and manage Linux-based EC2 instances and web servers like Apache or Nginx
• Monitor system performance and logs using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or the ELK stack
• Provide L1/L2 support for containerized applications and collaborate with development teams
• Ensure cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices across all environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in AWS cloud infrastructure
• Strong expertise in AWS networking and security (VPC, ELB, WAF, Security Groups, IAM)
• Hands-on experience with AWS databases including RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows systems on AWS EC2
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator certification
