Cloud DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud solutions
• Assist application teams in deploying solutions on AWS cloud platforms
• Manage Linux-based EC2 instances and web servers like Apache or Nginx
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Amazon EKS
• Create and manage Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Monitor system performance using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK Stack
• Provide L1/L2 support for applications in containerized environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and deployment models
• Experience with AWS networking and security services (ELB, WAF, Shield, VPC)
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with databases such as AWS RDS, DynamoDB, or Aurora
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows systems on AWS EC2

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
