About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and configure scalable, reliable, and highly available cloud infrastructure architecture across AWS and GCP
- Establish standardized infrastructure patterns, operational controls, and best practices
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and container platforms with an emphasis on observability
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and changes using Infrastructure as Code
- Collaborate with application, data, and containerized workload teams to integrate cloud platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in Amazon AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tools
- Experience working with Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar distributed systems
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Good understanding of cloud security concepts and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS or GCP certification related to cloud infrastructure security
