Cloud Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Value Realization Plans aligned with customers' business goals and digital transformation strategies.
• Conduct executive workshops to identify business priorities and develop ROI models and business cases for cloud projects.
• Monitor the achievement of business outcomes, including cloud adoption, utilization, and cost optimization.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present value realization reports.
• Support FinOps initiatives to improve cloud cost efficiency and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business sponsors.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Cloud Architecture teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion, renewals, and upsell based on demonstrated customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Services, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Consulting.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, IBM, or Oracle.
• Deep knowledge of cloud financial management (FinOps), ROI analysis, and business value frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect).
• FinOps Certified Practitioner status.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• ITIL Foundation or Prosci Change Management certification.
