Cloud Consultant – Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Support internal and client teams in the development and execution of system, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation
• Investigate, isolate, and document bugs, tracking them through to resolution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Demos
• Lead and build the Quality Assurance function for Cloud for Good by standardizing processes, measurements, and tools
• Ensure user stories comply with acceptance criteria and monitor adherence to quality standards
• Facilitate communication between development teams and client QA regarding quality issues and deliverables
• Work in shifts to accommodate a global customer base (AMER, APAC, and EMEA)

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Sales Cloud
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing practices
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Agile tooling (e.g., JIRA)
• Experience in test plan and script creation and implementation
• Experience with full-cycle testing of web interfaces, functionality, and integration testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce and QA certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant)
• 2+ years of testing experience with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with automated testing suites such as Provar, Selenium, or Copado Robotic Testing
