Cloud Architect

Responsibilities

• Carry out essential application remediations to facilitate seamless migration to the cloud environment
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and release processes
• Automate routine tasks and operations across the entire SDLC
• Troubleshoot issues related to both application and the underlying infrastructure
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities and concerns
• Maintain project knowledgebases and supporting documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in Cloud Engineer roles
• At least 3 years of production experience with GCP, including designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CDKs
• Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• English proficiency at a B2 Upper Intermediate level
• Strong team player with a problem-solving mindset for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating security into DevOps (DevSecOps), focusing on scanning and vulnerability remediation
• Familiarity with the development of AI-powered tools to automate DevOps tasks
• Experience in large-scale cloud migration and modernization projects
• Experience implementing Platform Engineering practices
