Cloud and Observability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance extension packages for alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules to improve monitoring experiences
• Research container technologies and cloud service provider services for extension development
• Configure parsing rules using regex to structure data according to requirements
• Migrate customer alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules from competitive observability and security platforms to Coralogix
• Build and maintain technical documentation regarding extensions and migration processes
• Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders and customers on platform functionality
• Collaborate with customers to understand monitoring needs and ensure alignment during extension building

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud and Container technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS, K8s, EKS, GKE, or AKS)
• Hands-on experience with at least two observability platforms, including alert and dashboard creation
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and version control systems
• Practical experience with PromQL and Prometheus
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work shifts between 6pm - 3am IST to cover US and European timezones
