Closing Assistant Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training Program to learn all aspects of store operations, production, and delivery.
• Oversee store production and coordinate operations during high-stress periods.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating team members.
• Manage customer service by resolving complaints and communicating in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle financial tasks including counting currency, preparing daily deposits, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Perform delivery duties periodically as required.

Requirements

• Open availability for closing shifts (minimum of four shifts per week; five or more preferred).
• Ability to work full-time (40 to 55 hours per week).
• Valid driver's license, liability insurance, and a working automobile.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 26 pounds.
• Ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to advance into a Store Manager role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Experience in employee development and training.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technology and operate computer systems.
